Huawei Mate 8 starts receiving its February security patch

The Huawei Mate 8 is now receiving its security patch for February. The update moves the Android security patch level to February 1, 2016, and addresses issues such as remote code execution, along with escalation issues, potential security bypasses, and more.

If you're not seeing the update yet, you can grab it manually by going into Settings, then About phone, and checking for an update.
