Google Play sees more than 50 billion installs in the past year, over one billion active users

Google Play is growing along with Android, and there are currently over one billion active users, and it is growing worldwide.

Apps make our phones better, and Google Play is constantly growing because of this. In 2014, Google saw over 50 billion installs, and there are currently one billion active users. The growth is tremendous, but in areas like India, southeast Asia, and the Middle East the growth is twice as fast as the rest of the world.
