Android holds the lead as top US smartphone platform, according to comScore

Research firm comScore showed that Android held just under 53 percent of the US smartphone market in February.

Android's share in the market sits at 52.8 percent, which is up compared to the 52.6 percent of the market it held in November 2014. Coming in second is iOS, which fell ever-so-slightly from 41.8 percent to 41.7 percent.
